Enquiries
Email and telephone links open your chosen mail or calling application. The website does not send an enquiry until you use that application to contact us. We use the information you provide to respond and discuss your request.
Reseller directory
The directory may display a reseller’s company name, European location, business address, website, email, telephone number, brands and introduction. The directory starts empty. An authorised administrator adds and publishes listings.
Partner workspace
Approved partners sign in using their registered email and password. We store company and contact information, account status and the account identifier. We store password hashes rather than readable passwords. We record the time of sign-ins, portal visits, resource views and resource link opens so management can support partners and understand resource use. We do not track browsing on external websites. Contact sales@techconnected.eu with questions or requests about your account and activity information.
Administration
Reseller records are stored centrally. Draft and hidden listings are available only to authorised administrators. Updates include timestamps and the signed-in administrator’s identifier to support record management.
Hosting and sign-in
This website runs on Tech Connected’s web hosting. Protected areas use account passwords and necessary session cookies. Account records and partner activity are stored in a database on the same hosting account.
Cookies and external services
The redesigned website does not include advertising or marketing tracking scripts. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in to protected areas. Links to manufacturer sites, maps, surveys and blogs take you to services with their own privacy arrangements.
Keeping information accurate
Contact us if your business details need correcting or removing. Draft and hidden listings are retained for directory management until they are removed. Do not include private personal information in a public reseller listing.
